We will Build Remodel Pool Area with, Water Feature, Travertine Decking, Pergola, Fireplace and Relocate BBQ Grill

Raised Water Feature:

Soothing Sounds.

  • Plumbing
  • Pump Pentair or Hayward: Speed High Performance Pump .69HHP 1.1THP
  • 1- CMP Natural Wonders 48″ Gray Waterfall with Back Port and 6″ Lip
  • Ledge on front and sides of the water feature (Clients choice)
  • Stucco and Paint to match the color of the house
  • 1-Raised Water Feature 7′ x 1′.5″ tall on the back of the pool
  • Demo and remove exisiting rock water fall and boulders around the pool
  • Demo stack stone planters around the pool and install planters 1’5″ with ledge stone on the front side and Silver Travertine on top.

Travertine Deck:

Beautiful Inside and Out:

  • Demo exisiting cool deck around the pool.
  • Install 750 sqft of Silver Travertine 3 piece around the pool, covered patio and new pergola.

Alumawood Pergola

Shading

  • Install a 130 sq ft Alumawood Pergola with one colum attached to the house to the right of the covered patio (Client’s Color Choice)
  • Remove exisiting BBQ Grill

BBQ Grill:

Grilling :

  • Relocate exisiting BBQ Grill to the far left of the house near the side wall
  • Install a 4′ x 3′ tall BBQ Grill stand to install exisiting BBQ Grill
  • Ledge on front and sides of the BBQ Grill Stand (Clients choice)

Fire Place:

Keeping Warm

  • Remove exisiting BBQ Grill
  • Install a 7’x 3′ tall fire place with an opening in the middle located on the front of the new Alumawood Pergola.
  • Ledge on front and sides of the Fire Place (Clients choice) with Silver Travertine on top

Electrical/Gas:

Professional Installations

All electrical to be installed per plan and code.

  • Up to 25’ Electrical run up to #10 wire (from main panel to equipment area)
  • Gas run 25′ Ln/Ft (from gas meter to equipment area)
  • Perimeter bonding, GFCI breaker for pump and electrical connections per code

(Anything beyond 25’ client will be responsible for at a rate of $35 per ft which includes materials and trenching).

Optional:

Addtional Upgrades Not Factored into Pool cost.

  • Landscaping was not factored into the cost of the project.
