Automatic Pool Cover:

  • Install 1- On Deck Track Automatic Cover- Up to 700 sf, color to be selected by the client

French Doors:

  • Install 1 set of French Doors

Client has an allowance of $1200 for the French Door of choice. Client pays the difference if above the allowance.

(Price includes installation and demo work)

Landscaping:

  • Install 1 ton of (1/2” or ¾” Desert Vista Brown Gravel)
  • Install 8–5-gallon plants
  • Install 6– 1-gallon plants
  • Install 70 ln/ft of curbing

  • Adjust existing irrigation system to water planters around pool and new grass area.
