  • Pool Internal surface area: 725 sq ft at 6,866 Gallons
  • Install 96 Ln / Ft of Grey brush concrete
  • Install 310’ ln/Ft of Grey brush concrete
  • Install Baja Step 7.5’x 4’ – 10’x3’ – 7.5’ x 4’
  • Install 2 sets of 3 steps on each corner of south side of pool.
  • Install 3- Concrete steppingstones 4’x2’ of Grey brush concrete

  • Install 94’ Ln/Ft for pool client’s choice of BLUE DOT Waterline tile

  • Install Gas Line for future pool heater

(Anything beyond 50’ client will be responsible for at a rate of $35 per ft which includes materials and trenching).9
