with an 8’ spillover

• Install 9’ long x 2’ wide BBQ Island with stucco and paint to match house
• Install 18’ sq ft Countertop with Noche travertine
• Install Saber Premium 3-Burner Built-In Grill
• Install Saber 24”x31” Double Access Doors
• Blaze 20-Inch 4.4 Cu. Ft. Compact Refrigerator W/ Recessed Handle
• Install 4- 110-volt GFI outlets

Pergola:

• Install 133 sq/ft Pergola-Dimensions 13’4” x 10’ with closed roof

Landscaping:

• 5 tons 1/2” granite
• 2 ton fill dirt for contouring
• 4 -15 gallon tree (Desert Willow)
• 7 – 5 gallon plants (Yucca)
• 10 -1 gallon plants (Mexican Blue Cactus)
• Complete automatic drip irrigation system- 104 ft

No warranty on plants or plant installation.

Optional:

• Pool Equipment Wall, 15’ ln. ft (equipment wall w/stucco and paint to match house) $1500
• Tile Band on the steps in Pool and SPA $1,255.54

Trenching:

ELECTRICAL & PLUMBING TRENCHES
For trenching of electrical and gas lines, the first 50’ are included in the proposal. Any additional feet beyond 50’ will be charged at $35 per ft. to include materials and labor. This is based on having a clear run (no obstacles) such as concrete, brickwork, pavers, trees etc. this would incur additional fees.
To include perimeter bonding, GFCI breaker for pump and electrical connections per code
Exclusions from Agreement:
• Rock
• De-watering
• Unsuitable or unstable soil conditions
• Hidden/Undisclosed wells, tanks, pits, etc.
• Hauling expenses except as related to demolition.

Excavate:

• 295 sq ft area to depths of 3’ x 5’ for pool; 64 sq ft

Plumbing: Install all plumbing per engineered plans to include:

• Basic training of pool equipment functions included. If client is installing heaters/pumps or line upgrades, additional charges may occur to upgrade lines to comply with equipment manufacture warranty.

Electrical/Gas:

PROFESSIONAL INSTALLATIONS
All electrical to be installed per plan and code.
• Up to 50’ Electrical run up to #10 wire (from main panel to equipment area)
• Gas run 50′ Ln/Ft (from gas meter to equipment area)
• Perimeter bonding, GFCI breaker for pump and electrical connections per code
(Anything beyond 50’ client will be responsible for at a rate of $35 per ft which includes materials and trenching).
